For our client, we have of course developed a complex layout of nearly 300 workstations, defined an innovative interior design by offering a partition system
and visual separation never before achieved.
However, EGB’s greatest added value in this project is not visible to the naked eye.
From the acquisition of the building, we played the role of consultant for the bank, mediator between the different parties of what was still only a construction project.
We thus allowed our client to keep control of his project. We have been the incubators of solutions which will have enabled a reduction in costs and an increase in the value of the building by increasing its flexibility, layout and useful surface area.
